PLEASE READ THESE ONLINE STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS VERY CAREFULLY. THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) BETWEEN YOU AND Obvi (“A1 Text Pvt. Ltd.”). BY USING THIS WEBSITE TO BROWSE THE WEBSITE OR PLACE AN ORDER, YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS OF USE.
TERMS OF USE
The Terms of Use for our websites located at URL http://myobvi.in (“Home Page”) and all subsidiary pages (collectively “Site”) under such sites are expressly incorporated into this Agreement by this reference.
ONLINE STORE
This Agreement covers the terms of our sale and your purchase of Products through our online shop located at http://myobvi.in (“Online Shop” and with the Home Page and the Site, the “Website”).
CREDENTIALS
You are solely responsible for the supervision, management, and control of your login credentials. Company does not protect you from unauthorized use of your credentials. Any person using your login credentials is conclusively deemed to have actual authority to engage in transactions in the Online Shop. You shall immediately notify Company if you become aware of any unauthorized use.
PURCHASES
You are responsible for all Product purchases and amounts due under your login credentials or placed using your personal/payment information.
CANCELLATIONS
Obvi reserves the right to cancel any order at any time, with or without notice. Upon cancellation, Obvi will initiate a refund of any processed amount in accordance with RBI refund timelines (usually 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider).
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Products will be shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Standard packaging will apply. Risk of loss transfers once the product is handed over to the courier partner. Claims for damage or loss after dispatch must be taken up with the courier company.
PAYMENTS (INDIA-SPECIFIC)
1. We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, NetBanking, UPI, and major Indian Wallets through secure third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay / PayU / Cashfree / CCAvenue / Paytm.
2. By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method for the total amount (including product price, shipping, and applicable taxes).
3. In case of a failed transaction, double debit, or technical issue, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, as per RBI/Payment Gateway settlement norms.
4. We do not store your card or UPI details. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely by the respective payment gateway.
TAXES
All prices shown are inclusive of GST unless specified otherwise. You are responsible for any other local/state levies that may apply.
REFUNDS & GUARANTEES
- Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
- Shipping charges, COD fees, and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Any express guarantees (e.g., “30 Days Money Back Guarantee”) apply only as per the product listing terms.
SMS/EMAIL MARKETING CONSENT
By providing your mobile number or email, you consent to receive transactional and promotional messages from us in compliance with TRAI & DLT regulations in India. You may opt out anytime by replying STOP to SMS or by unsubscribing from email.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
Products are guaranteed to match the description and be fit for consumption/use until the shelf life date. No other warranties (express or implied) are provided.
LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the refund or replacement of the product purchased.
GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
MODIFICATIONS
We may update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on the Website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
